Returns

Changed your mind?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer the following return options within 7 days from receipt of your order, with all labels attached, garments unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the KINKIN bag and original packaging. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items are deemed faulty. 

Store Credit

If you desire to simply exchange an item or want to return your items for a credit note, you can do so by emailing returns@kinkin.co.za. After approval ship the parcel back to us. We encourage opting for tracked shipping, as returned items that are lost, are at the cost of the customer. Once your item(s) have arrived back with us, you'll receive a credit note, which is issued as an online gift card or discount code for you to enter upon checkout during your next order. 
 

Refund

If you would prefer a direct refund via your original payment method you can choose this option for full-priced items that are returned within 7 days from receipt of your order. Kindly lodge your return by emailing returns@kinkin.co.za. and wait for approval before shipment. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping. We do not accept refunds of gift cards.
 

Sale Items

Any sale items purchased are eligible for store credit only or size exchanges only. Strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty. This includes items from our sale section and items purchased during promotions. Returns must be lodged within 7 days from receipt of your order and with all tags attached. 

 

Exchanges on faulty items are subject to stock availability, which also applies for size exchanges.
